2. Description of Service

Wallz.Space is a customizable social platform that allows users to create personalized wall panels, share statements and media, connect with others, and express themselves authentically. Our platform serves as a neutral hosting service for user-generated content and provides tools for community building, content organization through tags, and optional features like direct messaging and cause/organization integration.

Key platform features include: customizable wall panels, statement management with rich media support, social features (following, "shouting"/amplification), tagging system, direct messaging, privacy controls, and optional AI-powered content suggestions. We welcome all forms of creative expression including comedy, memes, serious discourse, and free exchange of ideas, as long as they do not violate our content policies.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Content Responsibility

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Our platform allows users to post content including statements, causes, comments, and other materials. It is essential to understand that:

  • We do not create, endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-generated content

  • We act solely as a neutral platform for content hosting and sharing
  • Users are entirely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of their content
  • We do not fact-check, verify, or validate any claims made in user content
  • Content may be controversial, offensive, or factually incorrect - we do not control this

4.2 Content License

By posting content on our platform (including statements, wall panels, media attachments, messages, and other materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute your content as part of our service. This includes processing content for AI-powered features when enabled. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

Content Policy: While we welcome diverse viewpoints, creative expression, comedy, and memes, we do not tolerate content that promotes hate, discrimination, or exclusion. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these policies. Our goal is to foster a community where authentic expression thrives without causing harm to others.

5. Platform Values and Content Philosophy

Our platform was created to give users complete control over their digital expression through customizable wall panels and authentic content sharing. We believe that true social media should serve users, not algorithms. We believe in:

  • User Control: You design your own experience through customizable panels, privacy settings, and content organization
  • Authentic Expression: Supporting genuine, unfiltered expression that reflects real human experiences and perspectives
  • Creative Freedom: Welcoming comedy, memes, satire, serious discourse, and other forms of creative expression
  • Diverse Viewpoints: Encouraging respectful dialogue and exchange of ideas across different perspectives
  • Community Safety: Maintaining a safe environment where expression doesn't come at the cost of others' well-being
  • Algorithm Resistance: Prioritizing chronological feeds and human curation over engagement-driven algorithms
  • Open Source Values: Providing a transparent, self-hostable platform that users can customize and control

We believe that a truly free platform must balance creative expression with community safety. While we welcome controversial opinions and creative content, we draw the line at content that promotes hate, discrimination, or exclusion. This balance allows us to serve as a space for authentic human expression while maintaining the safety and dignity of all users.
